HZS series modular concrete mixing plants are new types of concrete mixing plants designed by NFLG adopting the worldwide advanced technologies and research achievements during the 90's with many years of experiences in production of concrete mixing plants. They are the most ideal plants in China as theay are compact in design, mobile in site-transfer and easy in installation.
They are suitable for various large construction sites such as roads, bridges, dams, airports, seaports and sites in great demand of concrete such as ready-mixed concrete production centers.
The plant is equipped with a twin horizontal shaft mixer so that it is powerful in mixing capability, excellent in mixing quality, fast and high production rate. It could handle various proportions of mixtures such as: dry hardnetss, semi-dry hardness, plastic and others.
Easy Operation
We use computer to control the whole plant either automatically or manually so that it is easy to operate the plant. We use dynamic display to show the situation of every component in operation and we could store the data and print the reports.
Accutate Weighing
Computerized contral system use all imported components for weighing and control of aggregate, fly ash, cement and water. The sampling rate is above 120times per second to guarantee the accuracy and the stable working performance.
There are platforms and ladders at every service and maintenance position with sufficient space to observe and operate. There are two sets of washing systems: pump washing and manual washing, and they could be in operation simultaneously. The floored design guarantees all the operations regardless of weather.

The plant is a modular structure. The batcher, belt conveyor, mixing tower, screw conveyor and cement silo are all independent units. The mixing tower is made up of several independent modules. It is easy and speedy to disassemble and install for the transport and installation.
Outstanding Environment Protection
All fine materials handled in windtight situation from feeding, dosing, weighing, conveying to mixing tower and aggregate belt conveyor can greatly reduce the environmental pollution caused by dust and noise.
Control system
The hardware that contains IPC, I/O modules and High-accuracy weighing module, enables data collection and fully auto control of concrete production as per proportioning requirement and quality control. Real-time production data recording available, ability to find or print various prodution reports by database management. With reasonable hardware configuration, global procurement of components and international branded components preferential. The whole system are stable, powerful and easy.
